Why Should You Invest in a Solid Gold Chain instead of a Hollow Gold Chain

December 2nd, 2024

Hollow gold chains are generally cheaper than solid gold chains due to the fact that less gold is used to make them, which makes them lighter and less durable.

This means that hollow gold chains aren’t as reliable especially for everyday use. Once it starts breaking, it tends to be a snowball effect of continuous breaking.

Solid gold chains, on the other hand, are as the name suggests solid. There is no space in the gold, no hollowness. This makes the chain stronger, more durable, and will last longer. They may cost more upfront but will save you in the long run as you won’t have to replace it nearly as often, if at all.
