Your custom jewelry project begins with a personalized consultation with one of our expert team members, where you'll share your vision and preferences for your piece. Explore our extensive in-store collection to discover your unique style under the guidance of one of our expert team members. Your input is valued every step of the way as we collaborate to shape your design. Using cutting-edge CAD technology, we craft a digital representation of your piece for your review and approval. 

Only when you are completely satisfied with the design do we proceed to create a physical wax model, allowing you to visualize and even try on the final product. Upon your approval, we cast your piece in Sterling Silver, White Gold, Yellow Gold, Rose Gold or Platinum, ensuring the utmost quality and precision. While timelines may vary, our dedicated team strives to deliver your custom jewelry within 4 to 6 weeks, ensuring you're adorned in elegance and sophistication.
